4.Production process
Raw Material Melting: Melt electrolytic aluminum ingots in furnace, strictly control composition, cast into aluminum billets
Hot Rolling Billet: Heat aluminum billets then hot-roll into thick coils for initial thickness reduction and sizing
Cold Finishing Rolling: Cold-roll thick coils through multi-pass to target thickness and improve surface precision
Annealing Treatment: Low-temperature annealing in bell furnace to relieve rolling stress and enhance plasticity & formability
Finishing & Packaging: Slitting, leveling, surface cleaning, moisture-proof film coating then packaging for storage

Q1:Can 1060 aluminum coil be used in load-bearing scenarios?
A1:Not recommended. Its strength is low, only suitable for light-load, non-load-bearing scenarios such as decoration/packaging.
Q2:How is the corrosion resistance of 1060 aluminum coil?
A2:An oxide film is easily formed on the surface, with good corrosion resistance in dry environments; long-term contact with acid and alkali will cause corrosion, requiring protective treatment.
Q3:Can 1060 aluminum coil be welded?
A3:Yes, TIG welding is recommended. The weld area should be cleaned after welding to avoid affecting appearance and performance.
Q4:What is the storage period of 1060 aluminum coil?
