Batching & Melting: Mix Al/Mn raw materials by ratio, high-temperature melting and impurity removal, cast into aluminum ingots
Hot Rolling: Heat ingots for hot rolling, preliminary thickness reduction and optimize alloy internal microstructure
Cold Rolling: Cold roll to target thickness at room temperature, strict size tolerance control, improve surface finish
Annealing & Tempering: Low-temperature annealing to eliminate internal stress, temper to common H24/H34 state, ensure stable performance
Finishing & Cutting: Edge trimming, flattening, fixed-length cutting, surface cleaning, inspection and packaging for warehousing
