4.Production process
Raw Material Proportioning and Melting: Mix aluminum, magnesium and trace alloying elements in precise proportions, put into the furnace for high-temperature melting, and remove impurities through refining agents to ensure alloy purity
Ingot Casting: Pour the refined aluminum alloy liquid into flat ingots, and perform homogenization treatment to eliminate alloy composition segregation and optimize internal structure
Hot Rolling Billet: Heat the ingot to 400-500℃ for hot rolling, initially reduce thickness, refine grains, and improve alloy mechanical properties
Cold Rolling Finishing: Perform multiple passes of cold rolling at room temperature, gradually roll to the target thickness, strictly control dimensional tolerance, and improve surface finish
Annealing and Tempering: Conduct low-temperature annealing as needed to eliminate cold rolling internal stress, temper to H24 (half-hard state) or O (soft state), and ensure stable performance
Finishing and Packaging: Trim, flatten and cut the sheet to fixed size, after surface cleaning treatment, it can be packaged and stored only after passing the inspection

Q1:What surface treatments can be applied to 5005 aluminum sheet?
A1:Anodizing (dyeable) is preferred, and PVDF coating, polyester coating, film covering, wire drawing and other treatments are also available. Different treatment methods can further improve the decorative effect or weather resistance, suitable for different application scenario needs.
