4.Production process
Precise Batching and Melting: Mix aluminum, magnesium, chromium and other alloying elements according to chemical composition ratio, put into power frequency or intermediate frequency furnace for high-temperature melting, and use online refining technology to remove hydrogen and impurities to ensure alloy purity and uniformity
Semi-continuous Casting: Pour the refined aluminum alloy liquid into flat ingots through a semi-continuous casting machine, control the cooling rate, avoid casting defects, and ensure dense internal structure of the ingots
Homogenization Heat Treatment: Put the ingots into a heat treatment furnace, keep warm at 450-500℃ for a certain time, eliminate composition segregation, optimize grain structure, and improve subsequent processing performance
Hot Rolling Billet: Heat the ingots to 400-480℃ for hot rolling, gradually reduce thickness through multiple passes of rolling, obtain hot-rolled coils of a certain thickness, refine grains and improve mechanical properties
Cold Rolling Finishing: Perform multiple passes of cold rolling on hot-rolled plates at room temperature, strictly control rolling speed and reduction, roll to target thickness, and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
Finished Product Heat Treatment: Conduct solution treatment or stabilization annealing as needed, temper to common states such as H32 and H34 to ensure stable mechanical properties of the product; finally, edge trimming, flattening, fixed-length cutting, inspection and packaging for warehousing
