    4.Production process

    Raw Material Melting: Melt electrolytic aluminum ingots in furnace, precisely control composition, and cast into aluminum billets

    Hot Rolling Billet: Heat aluminum billets for hot rolling, roll into thick aluminum coils, and complete initial thickness reduction and sizing
    Cold Finishing Rolling: Cold roll thick aluminum coils through multiple passes to target thickness and improve surface precision
    Annealing Treatment: Low-temperature annealing in bell furnace to relieve rolling stress and enhance plasticity and formability
    Finishing & Packaging: Slitting, leveling, surface cleaning, moisture-proof film coating, then packaging for warehousing

    5.FAQ

    Q1:Can the thickness and width of aluminum coils be customized?

    A1:Customization is supported. The conventional thickness is 0.2–5.0mm and width is 500–1800mm. Special specifications can be adjusted according to customer needs.


    Q2:What are the precautions for aluminum coil storage?

    A2:Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid rain and exposure to sunlight; stack different alloy grades separately to prevent mixing; regularly check for oxidation spots on the surface.


    Q3:Which is more suitable for auto lightweighting, aluminum coil or steel coil?

    A3:Aluminum coil is more suitable. Its density is much lower than steel. Replacing steel with aluminum can significantly reduce body weight while ensuring structural strength, thus reducing auto fuel consumption.


    Q4:What surface treatments can be applied to aluminum coils?

    A4:Treatments such as anodizing, spraying, film coating and wire drawing are available to improve surface aesthetics and corrosion resistance, meeting the needs of different application scenarios.
