4.Production process
Raw Material Preparation: Degrease and decontaminate cold-rolled steel coil surface for cleanliness
Sealed Furnacing: Load coil into airtight annealing furnace, fill with nitrogen/hydrogen protective gas
Bright Annealing: Heat to 700–900℃ for insulation, relieve stress and enhance plasticity in oxygen-free environment
Cooling & Discharging: Slow cooling with furnace to avoid oxidation and maintain bright & clean surface
Finishing & Packaging: Trim, level and inspect, then moisture-proof package for warehousing

Q1:What’s the difference between bright annealing and ordinary annealing?
A1:Bright annealing is done in vacuum, no surface oxidation; ordinary annealing easily produces oxide scale, requiring extra treatment.
Q2:Can this product be welded?
A2:Yes, but inert gas shielded welding is required to avoid oxidation in the welding area affecting smoothness.
